Probate and estate administration lawyers in Singapore
When someone close to you has died, the estate still has to be dealt with. We take executors and families through the application to the court and the administration that follows, and act where an estate is in dispute.

How we work
Handled by a partner
Estate work is led by Lim Shu Fen, a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) whose STEP certificates in the administration of estates and trusts and in cross-border estates were awarded with distinction.
Contentious and non-contentious
We handle straightforward applications as well as disputes. Shu Fen acted in an appeal on the duties executors owe to the beneficiaries of an estate, UVJ v UVH [2020] SGCA 49.
With or without a will
We act on applications for a Grant of Probate where there is a will and for Letters of Administration where there is not.
